listings and property information that match your search criteria.
If you do not wish to receive these notifications, we will honor
your request not to send them to you. We do not call you unless you
have requested a telephone call. We do not mail you anything unless
you request it. Your information stays with our office and is never
shared or sold or used in any way other than providing you real
estate information.
We use return email addresses from your email correspondence or the
one that you provided to us when answering the email we receive.
Such addresses from your correspondence are not used for any other
purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
We will not use or share the personally identifiable information
provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described. Your
information stays private with us.
Type of Personal
Information
The
types of personal information we collect includes all the
information entered on the Contact Form page when you register to
search the MLS: Name, address, email address, phone number, criteria
and details that you have for your property search and any other
comments.
Security
To
prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the
correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate
physical, electronic, password and managerial procedures to
safeguard and secure the information.
Changing Your
Information
You can
search for properties anytime and the website remembers your most
recent search and will email you the new listings that match that
criteria. This allows you to change your own property search. If you
would like to change your price range or contact information, please
send us an email.
